Staggered Rectangular Frames

A staggered rectangular frame system that tilts outward to create a deep, woven texture. The layout maintains a low window-to-wall ratio, while the deep structural profile delivers effective passive shading. The tilted solid elements can be used for building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV).

Setup instructions:

Download the .GH Framework script.
Open Rhino, launch Grasshopper, and open the script.
Assign the name GH_Facet Facade to the surface or polysurface you want to apply the facade to. (Under Properties: Object > Name)
