Continuous Twisting Fins

The facade is based on an orthogonal grid and has equally spaced, massive, continuous, vertical fins. The fin’s front edge twists following a randomized logic to create a differentiated, vertical exterior. The massive fins provide partial passive shading.

Setup instructions:

Download the .GH Framework script.
Open Rhino, launch Grasshopper, and open the script.
Assign the name GH_Facet Facade to the surface or polysurface you want to apply the facade to. (Under Properties: Object > Name)
